Here are top highlights from the New Zealand International Education Conference KI TUA 202 4 that took place from 6 - 8 August. Held at Te Whanganui-a- T ara Wellington’s Tākina Convention Centre, the conference attracted at least 440 delegates from across the sector.

In her welcome remarks at the opening plenary, Education New Zealand Manapou ki te Ao Tracey Bridges highlighted how New Zealand's international education sector could be very proud of what we've achieved so far with the return of international students, and the need for us to continue that momentum as we look to sustainably grow the sector in the future.

It was an incredible honour for Education New Zealand Manapou ki te Ao and the international education sector to have the President of India, Shrimati Droupadi Murmu address delegates as part of the India - Country of Honour keynote session at NZIEC KI TUA. President Murmu's speech made pertinent points about the strong and growing education ties between India and New Zealand that were well received by delegates.
